Residential Services
Concerned Care provides residential habilitation and support to people with developmental disabilities. Our group homes serve from four to eight people in each home. People may also recieve services while living in our semi-independent living program or in an individualized supported living (ISL) arrangement in their own home or apartment. We serve about 90 people in these various living arrangements.
