Annual Auction
A major fund raising event for Concerned Care is our annual auction. The auction is typically run in the Autumn, and features dinner, entertainment, and live and silent auctions. This year’s auction will be held at Embassy Suites, 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway, Kansas City, MO. Admission and dinner will be $50 per person. Key Staff
Barbara Griggs serves as Executive Director of Concerned Care, Inc., and has been in the position of leader since January, 2003. She previously served as Associate Director of the agency from 1980 until her appointment to Executive Director in 2003. She has over 25 years of service at Concerned Care, Inc. Barbara is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MS from Temple University.
Gayle Bennett-Grant serves as Director of Residential Services at Concerned Care, Inc., and holds an MS in Sociology. She has been with the organization for more than 24 years and previously served as a Residential Manager.
Jim Huffman serves as Director of Community Services and oversees the Therapeutic Recreation Staff. He has been with the organization since 1987 and holds a BA in Physical Education and a MS in Therapeutic Recreation.
